Our Guest Policies
Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 years of older to check-in to a standard guest room. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in to a suite or apartment style guest room.
Identification: All guests must have a valid, non-expired photo identification at check-in.
Check In/Check Out Time: Our check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. We offer early check-in for a nominal $25 charge. Late check-outs are available upon request for $25 and are the sole discretion of the staff.
Security Deposit: All guests are required to pay a $100 security deposit at check-in. At check-out all rooms are inspected, and if no damages are found the security deposit is refunded back to you. Please note: this can take 5-7 business days depending on your card issuer if you pay the security deposit with a credit/debit card.
Pets: We do accept pets. One pet per room only. Pet fees start at $35 per stay. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by their pets. An additional pet deposit of $100 also applies.
Accepted Payments: We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. We also accept CLC. We do not accept checks. All debit/credit cards must be present at check-in unless a valid credit card authorization form is on file. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.
Corporate Accounts: We offer our business guests preferred billing terms and room rates. For more information please email billing@grandhowellinn.com or information on setting up a new corporate account.
Registered Guests/Vehicles: All guests and vehicles must be registered. Visitors must check in at the office and pick up a parking pass if staying after 9om. All vehicles are issued a parking permit and are required to display it at all times. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. No visitors are permitted on the premises after 9pm. Parking patrols are in effect daily after 9pm.
